Aamc Agreement

The CDC and the Brazilian Ministry of Health are cooperating under the U.S. State Department`s Joint Action Plan for the Elimination of Racial and Ethnic Discrimination and the Promotion of Equality (JAPER), a binational agreement signed in 2008. Failure or delay in the application of some of these conditions does not constitute a waiver of our rights under these conditions or laws. Unless otherwise stated above, these conditions constitute the entire agreement and unite any prior agreement or communication between you and us regarding the AAMC website. If you have any questions about these conditions, please contact us at ip@aamc.org. AURRA contains general legal terms and is managed as a PDF document on the AAMC website. It is designed to be integrated by reference to a program contract letter (or other agreement) signed by the sponsoring institution and the participating website. For those who need to amend or add provisions because of unique state requirements or for other reasons, the PLA may be amended to reflect these provisions. At its June 2014 meeting, the Medical Training Liaison Committee approved the AAMC Uniforme Clinical Training Affiliation Agreement as recognition standards. Approval limits a multi-year information process to reduce the need to negotiate and renegotiate short-term supervised training experience agreements, which pose a relatively low risk to all parties involved. Welcome to the AAMC website and all the information, data or content it contains (“the AAMC website,” “our website” or “this site”), a website owned and operated by the Association of American Medical Colleges (“AAMC,” “we” or “we”). The AAMC website contains www.aamc.org, services.aamc.org, www.students-residents.aamc.org, www.medbiq.org and all other AAMC sites or services (.

B for example MCAT, ERAS, AMCAS) that refer to these Terms of Use (“Conditions”). Contact ip@aamc.org questions or issues related to authorization requirements. Physician rotations are essential for the medical training of higher education graduates. According to ACGME, residents now move to more than 5,000 participating sites each year. In a 2016 survey, about half of the DIOs of AAMC member institutions indicated that negotiations on rotation agreements for residents were delaying rotations. In order to give more time to our members and other members of the medical community for education and training, the AAMC has developed a unique agreement that should be used for rotating residents. Learn more about the deal in this 3-minute video, or see the webinar below. Previous cooperation agreements have encouraged the participation of the academic medical community in the CDC`s efforts to prevent and combat diseases, injuries and disabilities. AAMC member institutions have gained broader participation in the CDC`s extraterrestrial research activities and through internal projects led by the AAMC. Our goal is to avoid the unnecessary time and resources that are currently spent on negotiating (and renegotiating) agreements if a coherent and predictable approach is sufficient.
